Chapter 01

The Multi-Disciplinary Toolkit

Before I ever wrote a single line of product documentation, I was building the ultimate PM toolkit. Armed with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, I mastered the intersection of technology, design, and human behavior — winning “Innovative Mind” honors at the National CSI Convention.

My real baptism by fire happened at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), under the Ministry of Defence. Embedded in the IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) department, collaborating on radar systems with zero room for error. That is where I learned the stakes of high-precision engineering.

By the time I stepped into the startup ecosystem with Swapeco and Scrap Uncle, I could speak deep tech with engineers, design intuitive layouts, and read user data like an open book.

Chapter 02

Engineering the Modern Cloud

With a foundation built on absolute precision, I was brought into TCS to tackle cloud modernization and wealth management for their premier fintech client, DNB.

FinTech doesn’t care about good intentions; it cares about data pipelines, system latency, and bulletproof architecture. I led as a technical PM, bridging legacy infrastructure and modern cloud architecture — translating complex data features into executable product roadmaps.

In a business unit of thousands, my execution earned me the Best Performance of the Year award at TCS.

Chapter 03

High-Velocity & Data-Driven Scale

I plunged into the chaotic, fast-moving world of e-commerce logistics at Shiprocket. If you want to see what a Data PM is truly made of, give them NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) — the edge case where business revenue goes to die.

I owned the product strategy for NDR, building automated, data-driven routing features that transformed operational friction into retained revenue. With Shiprocket X, I engineered cross-border international logistics features while anchoring hyperlocal, real-time delivery mechanics.

High-stakes chess involving real-time geospatial data, massive transactional scale, and intense operational velocity.

Chapter 04

The Enterprise Elite

When you have mastered precision at the Ministry of Defence, technical architecture in FinTech, and data velocity in logistics, global institutions call you to solve their hardest problems. That brought me to HashedIn by Deloitte.

I led high-value transformations for the titans of global finance — BlackRock, Vanguard, First American Trust Bank, and Principal Financial Group.

Chapter 05

The Next Roadmap
